📋 Reconstitution Quick Reference

Gather supplies — peptide vial, BAC water, insulin syringe, alcohol swabs, sharps container.

Wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab. Let dry 10 seconds.

Draw your BAC water into the syringe and inject slowly down the inside wall of the peptide vial. Never spray directly onto the powder.

Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake. Solution should be clear and colorless.

Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C. Label with date. Use within 28–30 days.
